We ship worldwide from Ireland. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships. Rates and delivery windows by region:

Delivery windows begin once your order is dispatched. International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn, unaltered pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed, cut or coloured cannot be returned.
To start a return, open the order in your account and select Request a return, or contact our concierge team. Once approved, we will email you the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
